This joining form should be returned to the CICRA office at Pat Shaw House, 13-19 Ventnor Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 6AQ or sent as an attachment to admin@cicra.org If paying by cheque, please make payable to CICRA and enclose this with the form.
If paying by standing order please enclose/attach a completed form. Do not send direct to your bank as CICRA needs to put a reference to be able to identify your payments.
