We are delighted to let you know that a new UK-wide IBD patient survey has launched.
This is your chance to have your say about your child's or your IBD care.
Last month, IBD UK, of which CICRA is a founder member, launched the new IBD Standards, which set out the care people with Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis and all forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) should receive at every point of their journey, from first symptoms, to surgery and ongoing care.
The aim of the standards is to ensure consistent high-quality care across the UK, improving services for children with Crohn’s and colitis. .
Alongside a benchmarking tool for services, the patient survey will help us to understand the full picture of IBD care, measured against the IBD Standards.
Your feedback will give healthcare professionals and NHS managers an understanding of what local services do well and what could be done better. Your views are very important in helping the NHS improve the quality of services for Crohn’s and Colitis so that they better meet your needs.
We need your support, click to complete the IBD Patient Survey today.
The survey closes on the 23rd September, please complete the survey before this date to make sure that your voice is heard. All responses will be anonymous.
